About
Hello everyone! I'm Afifa! Most of you know me as Fifi's Cosplay. I specialize in making fabric costumes from scratch utilizing pattern-making & wig-styling, along with airbrushing, lighting and prop-building for the characters that have them.
I’m a self-taught cosplayer & costumer who loves creating screen-accurate costumes from anime and video games and I have been on the scene since 2014. I am from Bangladesh and migrated to New Jersey, USA in 2021.
I have won some major awards in both my home country and the USA, showcasing my skills at the NYCC Cosplay Crown Championship many times. I have also appeared in newspapers and magazines in both countries.
Nowadays, I travel to events throughout the year with my husband/partner, attend workshops, panels & meets, and indulge in everything the community has to offer.
